Final Steps to Complete Grant
All grantees are required to submit a Technical Assistance Project Evaluation to the Nonprofit Management Fund via the Greater Milwaukee Foundation (GMF) within 30 days of completion of the funded technical assistance project or activities. Please click the following link ( https://www.grantinterface.com/Home/Logon?urlkey=gmf ) to complete the project evaluation located in the Reports section of the site. The organization's log in information for the Greater Milwaukee Foundation's web site is provided during the initial grant application.
In addition to the Technical Assistance Project Evaluation, please upload a copy of the consultant / vendor final report in the NMF portal. Organizations should receive a report from the consultant/vendor who received payment for services.
The final report should include the scope of the project, intended deliverables, what was done as a result of the project, including achieved outcomes, action steps and/or work products that were developed. This report can also include recommended next steps.
The Technical Assistance Project Evaluation and consultant/vendor final report must be submitted before the Nonprofit Management Fund can grant any additional awards in future grant cycles.
