Program Emphasis Organization-wide process, an 18-months, including entrepreneurial audit, brainstorming and testing ideas, with business or marketing plan as a result Venture-focused effort involving a 6-month process to complete an audit of current business activities with recommendations for stabilization or expansion. A 36-month leadership development program to develop Entrepreneurial leadership and a business venture.
