In April 2003, as a first step
to broadening public awareness of the Nonprofit Management Fund,
the Fund published its 2002 Grant Summary. Eighty grants to 74
area arts, human service, education and community development
organizations are included. Several of these grants including
support of Board Source, the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee and
ENTECH will benefit the greater Milwaukee nonprofit sector.
In late November
of 2003, the Fund published its 2003 Grant Summary. 68 grants
were awarded to area nonprofits this year, empowering these organizations
to address planning, fundraising, finance, technology and other
challenges facing them. This year's list has been expanded to
include the names of consultants that were identified and hired
by grantees.
These rosters include those grants
awarded to organizations serving Ozaukee, Washington and Milwaukee
counties.
