The
Nonprofit Management Fund wins the Vision Award at the 6th Annual
MANDI awards.
A total of 18 Milwaukee-area nonprofit organizations and partners
were nominated for recognition of their efforts to revitalize
Milwaukee neighborhoods at the 6th Annual Milwaukee Awards for
Neighborhood Development Innovation (MANDI). The five awards were
presented by the Milwaukee office of LISC, The Local Initiatives
Support Corporation.
The Vision Award is given to a foundation or for-profit
corporation that has shown strong commitment and leadership in transforming
our community. These organizations have demonstrated a pattern of
meaningful financial contributions or in-kind support to community
development efforts, while acting as models for other investors.
The finalists for the Vision Award were: Marquette University, the
Nonprofit Management Fund, and Northern Trust Bank.
