Nonprofit Management Fund Final Evaluation Report for
MILWAUKEE, WASHINGTON, OZAUKEE and WAUKESHA Counties


All grantees are required to submit a final evaluation report to the Nonprofit Management Fund within 30 days of completion of the funded technical assistance activities. Submittal of the report is required to maintain eligibility for future grants. The evaluation report must include a copy of products developed through the technical assistance.
