Riverworks Development Corporation created a three-year income plan and developed its organizational capacity to implement the plan. An annual fund development plan was developed that included tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities of staff and volunteers. A template proposal was also drafted so that Riverworks staff could adapt it in future fundraising approaches, and other tools were recommended. They cited an increased confidence and ability for the staff, while noting stronger commitment on the part of the Board and volunteers to implement the fund development efforts. |
