Through the use of marketing strategies and updated brochures, we learned effective methods for connecting with clients and potential donors. We became aware of the need to strike a balance between raising awareness and overwhelming our target audience with appeals and contacts. The application process is straightforward. It takes resources to build the capacity of nonprofits. Family Service is appreciative of the continued support of the Nonprofit Management Fund.

As an organization, we have gained more clarity on what is feasible in terms of creating financial sustainability. We have been able to identify critical growth areas and are aware that this is an ongoing process. We see the need for continued support in program analysis and finding ways to create greater efficiency in our program delivery systems in order to use our resources well and generate more income through our social entrepreneurship program.
