Pregnancy Support Connection worked towards completion of Phase 1 of a technology overhaul. With a rebuilding of its network server and transition from DSL to cable, systems became more stable and efficient. Staff found that they could communicate more effectively, share files and curricula, and maintain databases more effectively, and provide clients with better information. “….having the financial assistance to take the first step [in upgrading our technology] really helped the agency take vital steps in the right direction not only for staff productivity, but also to better help our clients.”
